    1. Most real estate agents and brokers do not do Short Sales regularly.
    2. Only a small percentage of Short Sales ever even get to closing.
    3. Undertaking a Short Sale that fails can be devastating to your chances of getting another buyer to closing. 
    4. Most real estate agents who undertake short sales may be doing you more damage than good
    5. Most agents do not truly know if you truly qualify for a Short Sale, and if so, few know that you will be able to accomplish it.
    6. Your lender may not even approve your Short Sale, but there are ways we CAN STILL GET THAT Short Sale Closed!
    7. A Lender, an Investor, and a Mortgage Insurance Company might all be involved in the decision regarding whether your Short Sale is even approved. One of the 3 may keep you from going to closing!
